Adding New Clients

Adding New Clients

To start using Brilliant you need to add your Clients (the companies that you sell to).  The first step is to add the companies that are your customers.

1. Click on "Clients" in the left hand menu

2. Click on the Plus sign

3. Fill in the name of the Client Company

4. Choose the main language of the company

  • This will be the name the surveys are sent out in. You can however change this for individual users that might be in other countries - this is done in the Contact profiles. (See: Adding New Survey Receivers (Contacts))

5. Upload the Company's logo

  • This is not mandatory but looks nicer in the Brilliant dashboard.

Your Client company is now created.

The next step is to add the Contacts that work at the company and you want to receive the Rapid Feedback Surveys.
